We offer the mobile slaughter services for a fee or the animal can be dropped of at our location and housed here until slaughter.
Slaughter - $50
The slaughter costs cover time, equipment, and the disposal of the hide and ofal.
Processing - $200
Processing a pig entails all the cuts, curing and smoking bacons and hams, and mixing and packaging sausage.
State Tag Fee - $2.00
The State of Utah requires that animals are tagged and they assess a fee to cover the cost of the tag.
